Refund Policy

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined. If authorized, the credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.

Please Note: The duration for the funds to reflect in your balance is determined by your bank or credit card issuer. Additionally, please be aware that processing fees initially gathered by our payment gateway (Stripe) are typically non-refundable and may be subtracted from your total refund amount.

Return Conditions

Our policy grants you a 14-day period from the moment of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the merchandise must be in its original, unused state, stored in its initial packaging, and include all authentic tags and components.

Before dispatching any goods, you must contact us at support@lumbarix.com to receive official clearance and specific shipping guidance. Packages sent back without prior approval may face significant delays or be rejected entirely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exchanges)

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us at support@lumbarix.com within 7 days of receipt. We require your order ID and high-quality photos showing the issue. Based on your choice and our inventory, we will arrange for a free replacement or provide a full reimbursement.

Delivery and Shipping Expenses

The buyer is accountable for all costs associated with return shipping. However, if the return is a result of our mistake (such as shipping an incorrect model), we will cover the reasonable shipping fees as coordinated with our support staff. Please keep in mind that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ineligible Items

Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards, certain goods cannot be returned once they have been used or if the protective seal is compromised. Any products subject to these limitations will be explicitly noted on their respective product pages on lumbarix.com for your clarity.
